This event is open for registration to girls* enrolled in Technovation Girls*, a global competition where teams identify and develop tech solutions for local problems. However, girls* not registered for Technovation are also welcome to join for the office tour! On February 20th, Friday afternoon, from 1:30 to 4 pm, we are visiting the Microsoft at their Vancouver Downtown office. The event will include an office tour, a tech workshop run by Microsoft, as well as round-table conversations with female-identifying mentors from Microsoft. This is your opportunity to get a peak into the lives of professionals that work in the tech industry as well as get insights on your tech projects, or even meet potential new team members. We're excited to have you join us at Microsoft! Teams in both Junior and Senior Divisions are welcome. *We use the words “girls” and “women” with an asterisk (*) to intentionally include students and stakeholders who are underrepresented in STEM fields.
