Contemporary Art PracticesWant to push the boundaries of your artistic practice? This three-week visual arts intensive is designed for artists ages 15-19 interested in a challenge and ready to experiment with their art-making. In a supportive studio environment, you’ll work with leading Vancouver artists, curators, and educators, exploring a range of contemporary art practices. Run jointly with the Contemporary Art Gallery, this full-scholarship program introduces you to new approaches in the visual arts through a series of artist workshops. Students also view works of art, and engage in critiques and discussions about how to develop ideas and work with new materials.Application required.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
Applications must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm on Saturday, May 31, 2025. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
