HEAT Cross Country Training & Conditioning is for students who want to train with our cross country program without joining the competition team. Participants will practice alongside the HEAT Cross Country team, working with the same experienced coaches on endurance, conditioning, running form, and overall fitness. This program is a great fit for students who are new to running, want to build confidence, or plan to join the HEAT Cross Country competition team in the future. Students will practice on the same days, at the same times, and at the same locations as the competition team but will not compete in meets. This is a training-only program designed to help runners develop the skills and stamina needed for future competition.
