Tampa Bay HEAT Cross Country Fall 2026 Participating in Tampa Bay HEAT’s fall cross country season is convenient for families with kids of all grade levels, K through 12th grade. All High school, middle school, and elementary practices are scheduled at the same time and in the same place. Starts: HS Monday, July 27th and Ends: early November Weekly Practice Schedule Time: 7am to 8:30am Mon, Wed at Centerpoint Church 1720 S. St. Cloud Ave. in Valrico Tues, Thurs at Sydney Dover Horse Trails 4120 E State Rd 60, Dover, FL 33527 Season Registration $400 ($350 with paperwork discount) Athletes will purchase their own jersey for the school year (if they do not already have one) Submit your FHSAA paperwork by the deadline of July 24th and receive a $50 discount on your season fees! * The FHSAA paperwork is mandatory and has a strict deadline of July 24th. There are forms to go to the county and a physical is required, so do not wait until the last minute to complete! You cannot tryout for the team until paperwork has been submitted. Middle School and Elementary Cross Country These teams do not require FHSAA paperwork! MS 6th thru 8th grade, Elementary Kindergarten thru 5th grade Starts: Monday, Aug 3rd Weekly Practice Schedule Time: 7am to 8:30am Mon, Wed at Centerpoint Church (Voluntary,MS only ) Tues, Thurs at Sydney Dover Horse Trails Aug 3rd 1st day of practice and New Parent info meeting.
