Description

OSF proudly supports active military and veteran families through a program designed for both parents and children. The program runs for 10 weeks, meeting two evenings each week for 60 minutes per session. Parents gather in a small group led by a facilitator- one night for guided discussion and one night for a workout. At the same time, children in grades 3-9 participate in their own group sessions twice per week. Younger children are welcome to stay in the Kid Zone while parents and older siblings attend their sessions.
