This program helps Active Older Adults to improve their balance, strength and heart health and reduces the risk of falling all while doing activity that is best for those with arthritis. This program is currently funded by a grant and offered to Y members and non-members at no cost to the individual due to the funding.

Please wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, bring water and a small towel to classes. You will be asked to complete paperwork for participation in this program. This program is partially funded by a community partner.
