Preschool Gymnastics Class This class is designed for students ages 3-4 years old. In this class, we will learn coordination movements, gymnastics moves on the floor, low beams and bars, and different games that will help your little one strengthen their muscles while having fun! Bio: My name is Pamela Armel and I coached competitive gymnastics for 23 years until last year when I decided to stay home to homeschool my children.
