Beginner Gymnastics Class The beginner class is geared towards kids 5-11 with little or no gymnastics experience. In this class, we will learn basic tumbling skills for Floor exercise, balance exercises for Beam, speed and agility drills for Vault, and strength and conditioning for Bars. This class will give your child an understanding of what the sport of gymnastics is while at the same time learning skills that are challenging yet reachable. This class will help them feel confident to develop harder and more complicated skills later. Bio: My name is Pamela Armel and I coached competitive gymnastics for 23 years until last year when I decided to stay home to homeschool my children.
