Description
This isn't your typical yoga class. It's an invitation to remember that we're all connected; that what happens within us ripples outward into our communities and world. We'll move slowly through gentle yoga to drop into our bodies and listen. The practice isn't about perfecting poses, it's about tuning in. From there, we'll sink into sound meditation with singing bowls and chimes, then close with time for reflection and journaling. Instructor Vivianne Velazquez believes yoga is inherently political because it asks us to see beyond ourselves. In this space, we won't shy away from what's real - the systems that try to separate us, the grief and hope we're holding, the things we usually leave unspoken. This is a brave container where you're invited to feel, be honest, and - if it feels right - share. Nothing is required except your presence. Come as you are. Bring layers, water, and whatever you're carrying.
