Description

Join us this Valentine’s Day for the Heart and Sole 5K! Whether you're running solo or with a sweetheart, celebrate love and wellness on a fun, festive course. All paces welcome! Registration includes a shirt, medal, and sticker. This 5k will be held in-person in two locations.
Please Note:

• Registration Deadline for Sticker Only: January 31
• Indoor 5k Walk: Saturday, February 7th @ 8 am at the Health and Wellness Center
• Outdoor 5k Run or Walk: Saturday, February 14th @ 9 am @ Crystal Lake Park.
• Race swag pickup information will be emailed to registrants.
