The GGSA organizes speech and debate competitions for high school students in a number of Northern California counties, including Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, and San Francisco. Students can qualify for the California High School Speech Association (CHSSA) State Tournament through the GGSA. This is for BIF Students Only
