This course provides essential life-saving skills for anyone who wants to be prepared — including the general public, childcare providers, and parents. Participants will learn how to: Perform CPR for adults, children, and infants Use an AED Provide choking relief Respond to common injuries and medical emergencies The course includes online learning followed by hands-on skills practice with a certified instructor. Successful participants receive a two-year certification. The goal is simple: increase confidence, improve emergency response skills, and enhance overall safety and preparedness.
