Our private dog training course offers personalized, one-on-one sessions tailored to your pet's specific training needs. Sessions last up to one hour and are customized based on your dog's requirements. Our focus is obedience training, these consultations are not intended for severe behavior concerns that pose a high risk of injury or jeopardize the safety of those involved. Cases involving resource guarding, moderate to severe separation or anxiety, will be referred to our one on one behavior modification sessions. Because our trainers typically have appointments scheduled immediately before and after your time slot, we are unable to extend your session to accommodate a late arrival. Arrival Window: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered a "no-show" and will be forfeited in its entirety. Late Arrivals (Under 10 Minutes): If you arrive within the 10-minute grace period, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time slot to another dog in need of training. We appreciate your cooperation in helping our facility run efficiently for all participants.
