Shadow Play An Intro To Shadow Puppets and Puppeteering Sunday, March 8th, 1:00pm-2:30pm Located in the Little Theatre Design and build your own shadow puppet, and learn how to bring it to life! In this workshop, we'll guide you through creating your puppet. Then you'll learn best practices for puppeteering and scene work in shadow, and how to portray dynamic and engaging action in 2D! Wandering Theatre is the husband-and-wife duo of Aaron Roberge and Leah Holleran. Both Aaron and Leah hail from the east coast, and have been professional performing and teaching artists for over a decade. Aaron's credits include regional stages in Hawaii and Philadelphia; Leah's include off-Broadway, and national tours with Enchantment Theatre Company. They created Wandering Theatre in 2019, and performed their first original puppet show at the World Puppet Theatre Festival in France. Now, Wandering Theatre has brought a revamped version of the show, along with puppet workshops, across the U.S. in venues from New York to California.
