Did you know that serving others is a key part of being a disciple of Jesus? If you’re at least 15 years of age and interested in becoming a staff person at FBC or simply want to develop your leadership capacity, our 8-day Leadership Training program provides spiritual formation, camp-skills acquisition, and experience working with children, along with a group of fellow attendees. Have a challenging and fun time learning how to function within a team and develop your own leadership style while being personally mentored by our Leadership Training Program Directors and senior staff. Learn about yourself, have fun serving God and others, and be a part of this great summer camp ministry! Please note that our LTP Directors will review all applications and references submitted. Only a maximum of 12 participants will be selected each summer based on the best fit for the group and our ministry. As such, the date applications are received is not a determining factor. All applications and references must be submitted by February 15. Applicants will be contacted by March 15 regarding whether they have been accepted for this summer's session.
