Description

In this course you will learn Brazilian jiu-jitsu self-defense, take downs, throws and ground fighting techniques. You will train with a partner. Bonus: you will become physically fit, make new friends, become confident and healthy through jiu-jitsu.

This is an introductory class designed to provide a basic overview of Brazilian Jiujitsu. If you choose to continue the program after your introductory classes, you will need to sign up with the contractor, Darcio Lira Jiujitsu Tracy.
