About this event
All classes run from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, with a lunch break at halfway point. You are welcome to arrive from 9:15 am onwards. Have you ever wondered how biology and engineering intersect? Are you interested in how engineers help in the medical field? Over three weekends, this course invites you to learn about biomedical engineering, a field where engineering, medicine, and biology come together to solve real-world health challenges. We’ll explore topics such as biology, human anatomy, robotics, and biomaterials. Together, you and other students will work together to learn about how the human body moves and how engineers simulate these movements using simple biomedical devices. Get ready to go beyond the basics and build the technologies that will shape the world of tomorrow. Disciplines: Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering
