This is a 4-week workshop where parents or caregivers will learn the best practices to massage their baby (0-12 months). Infant massage enhances your bond with your baby and has multiple benefits including stimulating your baby’s circulation, digestion, nervous and lymphatic system, developing your baby’s body awareness and coordination, increases your baby’s recognition of facial and emotional expressions which supports development of social skills, as well as relieving your baby’s wind, colic, constipation and teething discomfort.
