Are you ready to take charge of your personal safety and well-being? Join Parks & Rec and Tigard Police Dept for a specially crafted self-defense class designed to empower adults with the knowledge and skills to navigate the world confidently. Our program focuses on practical, effective techniques that cater to the unique needs of older individuals.
Please wear closed toed shoes and comfortable clothing. Class takes place Saturday, November 7, 9:00 - 10:30 AM at the Tigard Senior Center.
