Infant massage is a gentle form of touch therapy designed to support your baby’s physical and emotional development. More than just a relaxing activity, these sessions empower you with lifelong tools to understand your baby’s unique cues and provide comfort when they need it most.

What to ExpectOur workshops offer a calm, warm, and welcoming environment. Led by a trained instructor, you will:

• Learn safe, rhythmic massage strokes to soothe baby.
• Discover how to "read" your baby’s non-verbal communication and "permission" cues.
• Connect with other local parents to share experiences and build a support network.

Our Infant Massage classes are free to attend for all parents/givers of the community. Please join us on Wednesdays, April 8-29, from 10:30-11:15am in the upper level of the Recreation Complex.
