Discover your love of mushrooms with our interactive mushroom identification and education class. Hosted by Arctic Spas Recreation Complex, our main presenter is mushroom aficionado Rachel. Join us for an in depth education on mushroom identification DIY, mushroom growing, and the hidden gems growing under our feet.


From 10am-1pm we will walk down to the Lion's Campground exploring the fabulous fungi the forest has to offer. Families welcome, adults are $10 each, children are free. Each participant will go home with a broad knowledge of mushroom species and their uses; as well as a copy of A Pocket Naturalist Guide to Mushrooms to take home.
