Learn how to tap maple trees and the supplies that you will need for the process. Classroom times (the Wednesday dates) will cover how to identify a maple tree, the equipment and supplies needed, and the process of boiling maple sap into syrup. Saturdays will be spent with hands-on experience tapping maple trees, collecting sap with buckets and tubing, and boiling the sap into finished maple syrup. The minimum number is 12.
