Zumba Gold is a lower intensity dance class that's a modified version of the popular Zumba exercise class. It is designed for active adults, including those who are older, recovering from injuries, or haven't exercised in a while. Zumba Gold Focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination while also providing cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility. The choreography is easy to follow and designed to be fun, with music from around the world including cumbia, merengue, salsa, bachata, and more.
