After School Program System Based on the request, families at partner schools with outstanding balances for your Scholars Chess Tutors after-school program are asked to verify their missed sessions and settle their payments. This initiative aims to clear account balances and ensure continued participation. Please review your account, check the number of sessions in arrears, and process the payment accordingly. Context: Applies to partner school families with pending after-school sessions. Our After-School program is about 32 weeks long. However, at most schools we break up our program into eight 4-week segments designed to immerse and fortify your child in the fundamentals of chess and ChessLife Strategies™, the life skills component of our teachings. Register today for the next four week segment of our after school program which includes 4 bonus weekly online Battle of the Minds Tournaments (on Sundays from 2:30-3:30 PM). Chess Tutors is designed to teach students the value of making sound decisions. We are more concerned with developing life masters than chess masters. We use songs, stories and motivational material to invoke emotion and make the learning process enjoyable. Our chess course enhances critical thinking, analytical skills and problem solving abilities in an exciting way. We are the ones who ensure that chess makes the best first impression. Finally, we are excited to announce that our 17th Annual Grand Match Gala Finale is slated for a COMEBACK! We are planning to offer our GMG again July 11, 2026 for the second time since the 2020 pan-demonic attack on our community. We hope to see you there!
