Join us for a special senior trip to the Prince George’s Publick Playhouse for a free screening of Becoming Thurgood: America's Social Architect on Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 11:00 am–12:00 pm. This powerful film traces the life and impact of Thurgood Marshall—from his early years in Baltimore and education at HBCUs to his landmark civil rights victories and historic appointment as the first African American U.S. Supreme Court Justice. Featuring rare interviews and Marshall’s own voice, the documentary offers a moving look at the legacy of a true social architect. Trip cost is $6. Spaces are limited—register early! Please bring your own money for concessions.
