JDFS Girls Development Class Dates (13 sessions): 7th September 14th September 21st September 28th September 5th October 12th October 2nd November 9th November 16th November 23rd November 30th November 7th December 14th December Our JDFS Girls Development Class offers fun, engaging weekly football sessions designed to boost skills, fitness, and confidence. Each session focuses on developing technical ability and game understanding so players can apply what they learn directly into match situations. What Training Includes: Warm-up and reaction games Individual skill development Technical sessions (passing, shooting, dribbling, etc.) Small-sided games (SSG) Match play & tactical awareness What to Bring: Football kit or tracksuit Shin pads (must be worn) Football moulded boots / astroturf trainers / suitable sports footwear Plenty of water Session Details: Day: Mondays Time: 5:15pm – 6:15pm Price: £8 per session Venue: Goals Sutton, London Road, Sutton, SM3 9BY (3G Facility)
