Functional Focus:
This month we will target our focus on functional fitness. Breaking down the areas that need to be stronger to help balance our bodies!
This small group workout includes a warm up that leads to interval training. Interval training is a workout method that involves alternating periods of high-intensity exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. It is an effective way to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and metabolic health. The interval portion of the class will focus on improving coordination and agility. Low impact options are provided for both cardio and strength moves. The second part of the class we will do moves that support the functional focus!
We will end with stretching and mobility that aid in less injury and better recovery!
