Description
Step into nature's embrace with Valerie Vervoort, a certified Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) Guide, as she leads a gentle and immersive 90-minute walk designed to reconnect you with the natural world. This experience offers a mindful journey along an easy trail, where Valerie provides a supportive container while nature meets you exactly where you are.
Through a series of guided invitations, you'll engage in simple meditative moments that awaken your senses, deepen your awareness, and encourage personal reflections. As you slow down and tune in, you may discover a sense of peace, clarity, or renewal-whatever it is you need in the moment.
The walk concludes with an optional communal tea time, allowing space for shared experiences and quiet connection. No prior experience is necessary-just an open heart and a willingness to receive the gifts of the forest.
