In preparation for the cold season, learn how to craft two traditional winter wellness remedies to support immunity all season long. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to make traditional fire cider and elderberry syrup. We’ll discuss the benefits of these remedies, as well as how to use them. All materials are provided, and each participant will take home one quart of fire cider and one pint of elderberry syrup to support themselves and their families through the season.
