Celebrate National Pi Day with a fun and energizing water-based walking challenge designed just for active adults 50+.
Participants will walk a total of 31.4 pool lengths to successfully complete the challenge — a nod to the famous number 3.14!
This low-impact aquatic activity is perfect for improving cardiovascular health, balance, and joint mobility while reducing stress on the knees and hips.

Requirements:

• Proper swim attire is required
• Water shoes are highly encouraged for stability and traction
