Description

Low-impact class is performed in deeper water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. The class will incorporate cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation belts.
Appropriate swimwear is Mandatory. No Swimwear No Swim.No Basketball Shorts. No Cotton Clothing. Rubber-soled swim shoes allowed.
Note: Class held every Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00pm - 7:00pm. Participants may attend both days. 6 week class.
Only allowing 10 drop-ins for each day.
