Description

Join us for a yoga course led by Rosie Ciocca, 500hr YT. This vinyasa (flow based) course links breath with movement. The course is designed to meet students needs and is beginner, intermediate, or advanced practitioner friendly as options and blocks are provided. No experience necessary! Please bring a water bottle. Mats are provided if needed. 14 & Up (participants younger than 16 need a signed permission from from a guardian)
