Join your friends for our Walking Club program in Fitness in Therapeutics! We will meet weekly for 9 weeks to enjoy the fresh air, stay active, and build our endurance through fun and supportive group walks. Along the way, we'll learn about the benefits of regular physical activity, proper stretching, and recovery techniques to help keep our bodies feeling their best.
