Our Little Ninjas (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) Introduction Program is designed for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals of grappling in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. Participants will be introduced to basic positions, movements, techniques, and concepts while developing confidence, coordination, fitness, and problem-solving skills. No previous martial arts experience is required, and the program focuses on learning at a comfortable pace, building a strong foundation, and helping participants feel confident before progressing into regular BJJ classes.
