The Niagara Women's Recreational Hockey league is pleased to once again offer organized recreational hockey to the women of the Niagara region. Women wishing to play in the Tuesday night recreational league must be 19 years of age or older. The league will consist of 8 teams. Games will be officiated by CARHA certified referees.
