Description

NEW Group Personal Training Class: Learn Free Weight Training the Right Way!
Join our new group personal training class focused on mastering proper form and technique with free weights. You’ll build strength, confidence, and endurance through a fun, full-body workout that combines strength training and cardio.
We’ll cover the fundamentals of free weightlifting, functional fitness principles, and progressive training methods to help you move better and feel stronger. Whether your goal is to master a pull-up, build muscle, or simply improve your overall fitness, this class is for you! Kick off 3 wk session is offered beginning Dec. 2nd. This class will meet two days a week. Tuesday and Thursday 3:15pm to 4:15pm in the Group fitness room.
Anyone between the ages of 13-17 must have a parent complete a Release & Waiver Agreement registration form, which will be kept at the front desk, and the child must complete an orientation to attend class.
No credits or refunds can be given without a 48 hr. written notice prior to the start of class to sharon.carolan@williamsoncounty-tn.gov
