Get ready for fast-paced action, intense competition, and nonstop hoops in the Hernando Heat 3v3 Adult Co-Ed Competitive Basketball League!
This league is built for players 18+ looking to showcase their skills, compete with talent, and hoop it out for the championships.
Whether you're draining deep shots, locking down on defense, or running the fast break, the Heat is where competition meets community.

MANDATORY TEAM MEETING!!! WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 19 @ 6:30PM
Season: Aug 24th - Oct 21st
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
Times: First game starts at 6:00pm
Fees: $280 a Team, max 5 players per team (Fees cover team reversible jerseys, referees, and playoff week)
Team Form: All teams MUST complete a league form.
Registration Deadline: Aug 8th!
Details & Rules:
- 9 weeks, 1 week for playoffs
- Half court game play.
- 2's and 3's point system, with 25pt mercy rule.
- 18 second shot clock, with 32 min games.
- 2 minute half-time.
- 1 timeout per half, with sub ins on dead balls.
- 2 shots on technical fouls. 2 techs is an ejection.
- Take back on every turnover possession.
- Shoot for ball; do-or-die.
- Team Captains are responsible for league communications with their team.
