Description
Goat Yoga is a gentle yoga class with Nigerian Dwarf Goats. The goats add a playful and humorous element to our practice. This class teaches you to release all expectations and just go with the flow. If you are looking for a serious and silent yoga class, this is not for you. Each session includes 45-minutes of yoga followed by 15-minutes of goat cuddles and photos. This class is presented by Awakenings Healing & Yoga and Lockshire Meadows.
