Mr. Tory has ben leading mushroom workshops and walks in Central Maine for over 25 years. In this one-night workshop for beginners, participants will learn to identify common edible wild mushrooms: what to look for and what to avoid. Weather permitting, the class may include some outdoor foraging on the high school grounds, so please dress accordingly.
