The class offers a small group training atmosphere for those who have reduced mobility due to knee, hip and other joint replacements, MS, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain, Stroke and other like issues and those waiting for joint replacements or are three months post joint surgery.

This water based class will provide great benefit with respect to improving balance, muscle strength, cardiovascular ability, greater range of joint mobility resulting in less pain and discomfort and overall increase of health benefits.
