Description
The Lifesaving Society Bronze Medallion program is a building block toward further lifesaving and lifeguard training. Candidates learn lifesaving techniques for challenging open water rescues and develop stroke efficiency and endurance, and complete a 400m timed swim.
Prerequisite Bronze Star or 13 years of age.
Be sure to bring bathing suit and towel, pen and paper, snack and water bottle.
Note: There will be an unsupervised lunch break during each day of the course.
