This is a drop-in activity. No registration is required.

Happy Hearts Maintenance is a 3 month program. It is intended for those that have completed the Happy Hearts Plus Program or similar supervised cardiac program.

This program provides the continued supervision of a certified exercise specialist and the social benefits of exercising in a small group setting.

This class would be suitable for others with chronic disease like stable diabetes. For those who have not completed Happy Hearts Plus they will need to have the Happy Hearts Maintenance intake form filled out by their doctor.

A Happy Hearts Maintenance facility access pass is included in the registration for this program for use of the facility outside of class times for the duration of the program.

Please drop in to the Gibsons & Area Community Centre or the Sechelt Aquatic Centre to register for this program.
