Yoga Nidra is a guided, restorative meditation to rejuvenate, refresh and reset; followed by a Soothing Sound Experience that uses healing vibrations to cleanse and harmonize at all levels, mind, body, heart and soul. This class is a retreat from daily stress, fostering a deep sense of tranquility and stillness. There is nothing for you to do; simply lay back and enjoy the serenity and peace.
