Description

Enjoy our fabulous weather while discovering the joy of unifying body, mind and spirit in this slower-paced class designed to relax, stretch and strengthen your body with gentle yoga poses, movement, and centered breathing. This class starts on the ground but often includes easy standing poses and movement to improve posture, balance, and breath. Bring your mat, a blanket or large towel, and (optional) blocks.
