A slow moving class with long holds designed to stimulate deep tissue. Postures are held for 3-7 minutes to increase joint mobility, hydrate joint and fascial tissue, and stimulate ligaments and tendons. Helps stop creaking, cracking and popping renewing mobility and relieving pain.
