Learn beginning arm balances like crow, crane, side crow, & firefly as well as headstand variations, and drills for forearm stand and handstand. Class will start with a warm up yoga sequence to prepare your body and move into a workshop format for learning arm balances and inversions. Have fun and learn to fly!
