Studio time for working on your clay projects independently. Equipment available includes electric wheels, slab roller, and staff-fired Cone 5/6 electric kiln, plus slips, glazes. Bring your own tools and Cone 5/6 clay. NO INSTRUCTION: Proficiency in hand-building or wheel-throwing at an intermediate level or above required. You must be able to design, carry out, and complete a project from wet clay to glazing without assistance. Pieces created at Eldorado clay studio are eligible for firing in the studio kilns. Please bring $20 (cash) non-refundable material fee per registered class to first meeting.
