beginner - “From First Moves to Fluid Flow: Your Pilates Journey Starts Here!
Learn all the basic principles during the first three classes. Then we will progress at a steady pace to an Intermediate level. Whether new or looking to reset your foundation, this class will improve your core strength, posture, balance and overall strength, all in a welcoming , supportive environment. Must be able to get up and down to a floor mat.
