CE CREDIT This class provides 3 hours of Disclosure. In this class, we will discuss different sources of information agents should be aware of in terms of disclosure laws. We will cover sources which agents should recommend to their clients to use in performing their due diligence, and the importance of counseling sellers to disclose any information which may be considered a material matter. Best of all Mary expects to be joined by a special guest speaker Aaron Green, General Counsel for AAR, for part of this class to share situations which emphasis the importance of disclosure.
