CE CREDIT - 3 Hrs of Real Estate Legal Issues
This course is designed to be an introductory or refresher on short sales and foreclosures. In the class we will:

• Discuss distressed property transactions, and differentiate between the two types of loan instruments and how each on affects the foreclosure timeline.
• Share how you can find properties which may be going into foreclosure.
• Review the terms, recourse, non-recourse and anti-deficiency.
• Discuss options available to distressed homeowners and
• Create a list of questions and recommendations which can help prepare a seller determine if they should proceed in selling their home, even if it means doing a short sale.
